Mission
Are you feeling overwhelmed by your child's behaviour? Have you tried countless strategies with little success? Do you find yourself caught in constant arguments, power struggles, emotional outbursts, or even aggression? Perhaps your child refuses everyday requests, challenges your authority, or seems unable to manage their emotions. If so, you're not alone.
Many parents today feel exhausted, confused, and unsure how best to respond to a child who is emotionally reactive, highly sensitive, impulsive, oppositional, or aggressive. When these difficulties persist, they can affect every aspect of family life, leaving parents feeling helpless and isolated.
At the heart of our work is the belief that challenging behaviour is not simply something to be controlled—it is something to be understood.
Our programmes are conducted by our lead therapist, Sacha, a Child, Adolescent and Family Therapist and parent of a child with severe ADHD and Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD). This unique combination of professional expertise and lived experience means families receive support that is both evidence-based and grounded in the realities of everyday family life.
Who We Help
Families often come to us because their child:
-
Constantly argues, negotiates, or refuses requests.
-
Has frequent meltdowns, angry outbursts, or explosive reactions.
-
Struggles with ADHD, impulsivity, organisation, or attention difficulties.
-
Refuses to follow routines such as getting ready for school, homework, or bedtime.
-
Experiences behavioural or emotional difficulties at school.
-
Has friendship or social challenges.
-
Becomes easily frustrated when things do not go their way.
-
Is having a significant impact on family relationships and daily life.

How We Help
Our work focuses on helping parents develop practical, effective strategies that create lasting change.
We help parents:
-
Understand what is driving their child's behaviour.
-
Reduce conflict and power struggles.
-
Improve communication and cooperation.
-
Strengthen parent-child relationships.
-
Develop evidence-based strategies that work at home and school.
-
Feel more confident and supported when managing challenging situations.
Because every child and family is different, we do not offer a one-size-fits-all programme. Some families require intensive parent coaching, while others may benefit primarily from therapeutic support for their child.
For this reason, all families begin with a comprehensive assessment.

Family Assessment & Clinical Treatment Plan
Every family begins with a specialist assessment designed to understand the factors contributing to your child's difficulties and identify the most appropriate treatment pathway.
What's Included
✔ Comprehensive parent assessment
✔ Behavioural and emotional assessment
✔ Clinical formulation of your child's difficulties
✔ Identification of maintaining factors
✔ Personalised treatment plan
✔ Written recommendations

Family Reset Programme
The Family Reset Programme
A structured parent programme combining expert teaching, personalised coaching, and practical strategies to create lasting change for your child and your family.
Children do not change in isolation. The most meaningful and sustainable progress happens when the adults around them feel confident, supported, and equipped with the right tools.
The Family Reset Programme is an intensive 8-week (Juniors) or 12-week (Teens) parent programme designed to help you better understand your child's needs, strengthen your parenting approach, and create positive, lasting change at home. The programme is suitable for parents whether or not their child is receiving therapy.
Combining expert-led training with personalised coaching and accountability, the programme bridges the gap between understanding your child and knowing how to respond effectively in everyday situations. It ensures that therapeutic progress continues beyond the therapy room and becomes embedded in family life.
Children spend one hour a week in therapy and more than 100 waking hours each week with their families. The greatest opportunity for change lies in the environment surrounding the child.
What's Included?
The Family Reset Programme combines self-directed learning with personalised support to help you confidently implement strategies that make a real difference.
Your Programme Includes:
✔ Expert-led pre-recorded training modules tailored to your child's age and developmental stage.
✔ Personalised parent coaching sessions
✔ Monday–Friday WhatsApp support
✔ Guidance and accountability to support implementation at home
✔ Personalised resources, worksheets, and practical tools
✔ Progress tracking throughout the programme
✔ Tailored support to help overcome challenges and maintain momentum
Who Is This Programme For?
The Family Reset Programme can be accessed as a standalone parent support programme or alongside child therapy as part of a comprehensive family-centred approach.
It is particularly beneficial for parents who want greater clarity, confidence, and practical strategies to support their child's emotional wellbeing and development.
A Commitment to Change
The Family Reset Programme is not simply a course to watch—it is a guided programme designed to create meaningful, lasting change through practical implementation and personalised support.
Each week, parents complete one module and put the accompanying strategies into practice at home. Coaching sessions provide the opportunity to review progress, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure that learning is translated into action.
Research consistently demonstrates that parental involvement is one of the strongest predictors of positive outcomes for children. Lasting change happens through consistent practice, support, and accountability.
For families accessing child therapy, participation in either the Family Reset Programme or Intensive 1:1 Parent Coaching is a required component of treatment.
